Bob Martin's for hair growth
Using Bob Martins To Grow My Hair
- This is my first post ever so I figured why not talk about something that a lot of people around the world wonder about or hear about all the time. First of all I did my research and found out that it wasn't exactly dog food like I had initially thought. Rather Bob Martin condition tablets for dogs are just a combination of the vitamin B group. Namely Thiamine (vitamin B1), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Pyridoxine (vitamin B6), Niacin (vitamin B3) ,Pantothenic Acid ( vitaminB5),vitamin A ,vitamin E, vitamin D and calcium. Out of curiosity, I awkwardly asked my GP if itwas safe to take these vitamins for myself to grow my hair. As you can imagine I felt better and to a certain extent less awkward the moment the question was out there. Needless to say, I felt grateful to my doctor's sense of humour when he broke the silence with a laugh before confirming that he didn't see anything wrong with these tablets considering they are just a bunch of vitamins. However he also went on to caution me about taking vitamins or any other supplements without consulting your doctor first, which to me was a valid concern. That said I went on to take the pills following the reviews that I had come across on a certain website. Taking three tablets three times a day, my acne was gone on the second day. By the end of the month, I could see new growth wildly growing. Now my hair never grew past my shoulders prior to this but all of a sudden, my previously thin, frail and forever breaking hair was no more. In its place is my strong shiny and longer hair. For the first time in like forever, I'm in love with my hair again.
